My work is concerned with Metaphysics and commanding the presence of physical absence. From sculpting an invisible cube of heat or listening to the sound of an ant walking, to sending light particles from one part of the world to another. I am interested in the presence of things physically missing or immediately distant. My desire for the impossible combined with my interest in science and technology results in works that are engrossed in the supernatural. Sculptures and installation manifest themselves as present realities or as the aftermaths of phenomenological events. My process attempts to assimilate natural phenomena, indicating the possibility for technology to mirror human experience.
